¡ñ £ºCharacteristic
Tungsten alloy saw-tooth has good property in cutting and strength. Due to this property, it can reach high speed cutting of 100-160m/min and time proof of tooling.

¡ñ £ºCutting Material.
It can cut rail steel, bar, steel pipe etc. Besides, it can also cut non-ferrous metal, for instance, blanks and profiles like copper, bronze, aluminum etc.
¡ñ VTA221: Imported ultra micro-grain quality carbide, with excellent impact-resistance and general wear-resistance. Generally applied in worse or general equipment to machine materials of lower hardness £¨HRC¡Ü25¡ã£©,discontinuous cutting and worse part fixture. Conforming to ISO K22/P22, can replace machining of materials like M42, ASP60, MPM, HSSCo10 etc, and can get 4-6 times lifetime, it has higher performance/price ration. Comparing with DC53, it has 15-30 times lifetime and durability.
