| Job requirements | Communicate with German engineers for the localization of fixtures; manage tool samples and tool BOM; coordinate and manage the machining and manufacturing of tools; supervise the quality of tool accessories; be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of tools as well as feedback; take charge of the improvement and analysis in the process of tool quantity production; graduate from university or above, majoring in mechanical manufacturing or related; have more than three years work experience in precision tool machining and manufacturing industry Be responsible for the lectotype of cutting tools and tools, design and develop tools & fixtures, as well as establish and maintain the management flow of tools and fixtures, during the process of product R&D; provide technical service qualification for production site; independently complete fixture design in accordance with production demands and improve existing fixtures according to actual demands; be responsible for the maintenance of tools, fixtures and jigs that can’t be resolved by the operator and contain more technologies. |
