| Job requirements | Work experience: 2+ years Graduated from regular university or above, majoring in welding or related; know well production flow, hold related welding certificates, and have more than five years work experience related to welding; use office software, 3D software and so forth expertly; pass CET-4 or above and have stronger reading and writing abilities; be better to have the ability to communicate verbally in English at the same time; have a good teamwork spirit Responsibilities: Formulate correct welding technics, and select suited welding materials and methods; be able to improve and optimize technics, combining the problems in the actual welding process; train, direct and supervise welding personnel to correctly implement welding technics and procedures in accordance with welding technics; develop selection standards for corresponding materials according to the characteristics of the enterprise’s products. |
